Pipe boxing from UK Boxings provide a simple, practical and economic solution for concealing, heating system, boiler, and fire sprinkler pipework while also helping reduce installation time and save money on site.
Widely used in ongoing RMI programmes to cover interior heating system and retro-fitted fire sprinkler pipework, as well as boiler pipes, valves and flues, our boxing solutions are available in two-sided ‘L’ shaped and three-sided ‘U’ shaped profiles.
Manufactured from 9mm thick moisture resistant and UKTR compliant MDF, our pipe boxings and boiler casings are easy to install, taking around half the time of site fabricated alternatives. They also have a pre-finished white painted finish, so there’s no need for time consuming on-site finishing.
Our range also includes standard pipe and fire sprinkler boxing for interior applications, together with FR flame retardant sprinkler boxing, which is specifically designed for use for projects where flame retardant boxing is specified.
To conceal and protect external pipework, such as gas supply pipes, exterior distributed heating system and ground source or air source heat pump pipework, our metal pipe boxings provide tough and durable protection from damage.
Bespoke manufactured from 2mm thick aluminium with a PPC finish in a wide range of BS or RAL colours, they are durable, weather resistant and can also act as a deterrent against tampering or vandalism.
