In partnership with developers Whitfield and Brown, and architects Bernard Taylor Partnerships LTD, the area has been transformed over the past months.

Clare Tostevin, Executive Director of Investment and Growth at ForHousing, said:

“It’s wonderful to see the White Lion scheme reach completion. The positive impact the project has already had in Swinton, including creating local job opportunities during construction, is something I know will continue as we welcome new tenants into their homes.

“As Salford marks its centenary year, it feels especially meaningful to be delivering safe, high‑quality and truly affordable homes that will support the community for generations to come. I hope the new tenants will feel just as proud of their homes as we are”.
