CTS is celebrating 20 years of delivering quality property services and supporting communities across the island of Ireland.
Founded in 2006, CTS delivers maintenance services to over 65,000 properties in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, earning a strong reputation as a trusted partner to public sector organisations and local communities.
To mark the milestone, the CTS team celebrated with a special lunch, reflecting on the company’s journey and celebrating the team’s achievements.
Cardo Group acquired CTS in September 2025, expanding its footprint and capability to deliver building maintenance and improvement services across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
As part of Cardo Group, CTS is continuing to invest in its people and communities, while building on its strong local foundations and creating new opportunities for growth.
