NHMF Chair, Neil Watts, comments:
“Congratulations to everyone that has been shortlisted for this NHMF Best Practice Awards. Following another fantastic year of entries, our judges have been busy behind the scenes reviewing submissions, recognising the people, projects, products and partnerships raising standards across housing maintenance and asset management.
“Plans are also coming together for the one-day conference. The event has been CPD approved with the timetable shaping up to deliver an agenda based of expert-led insights and keynote speakers addressing sector changes and opportunities, including Kate Richardson-Walsh OBE and Dr. Eve Blezard (Chartered Institute of Housing). The awards will be hosted by broadcaster and author Ed James.
“Under the core theme “Raising Standards Together,” the event will bring together over 500 delegates – including senior asset managers, key decision makers, policy makers, and industry regulators – to address pressing strategic challenges and share best practices in social housing maintenance. New for this year, The NHMF Carbon Trail is a sustainability-focused initiative integrating interactive activities and prizes to champion green practices across the specialised exhibition area, which will also be displaying cutting-edge products, technologies, and services designed to improve property performance.
“We look forward to seeing you there to celebrate the great work that’s being done in the sector to help improve the sector and our resident’s homes, and to explore together the conference programme to gain practical insight, best practice and innovation with plenty of opportunity to networking and engage with peers.”
