BSR regulations demand clear fire safety, drainage, and structural performance standards—something we delivered through collaborative design meetings with the contractor. Every balcony was supplied with bespoke aluminium systems that met these new regulations head-on.

Balustrades, Privacy & Drainage Built for Safety
We provided RAL 1000 custom-coloured AliRail Plate Fix balustrades, expertly matching the glazing system to ensure a seamless visual finish. Privacy spindles were included on key balconies to give residents additional seclusion while maintaining the building’s sleek look.
Effective drainage was critical to meeting safety and durability goals. AliDeck supplied both AliClad Flow edge drainage and piped soffit systems – tailored to suit each structural requirement and reduce water ingress risk across the building envelope.
Long-Term Decking Performance
Junior and Senior Flat Boards in RAL 7016 were selected for their aesthetic impact and proven longevity. With a 30-year warranty and 60-year design life, our aluminium decking stands up to environmental exposure without warping, rotting or fading.
