High Wycombe, UK – KMS continues to grow by expanding the business development team with two new business development managers.
As KMS continues to grow, they have been looking at the resource needed to continue providing the high level of service to our customers meeting their changing requirements. To achieve this, there was one area that was as important as any, to expand the customer facing team and they are pleased to announce that Ben Dawes and Julian Bailey have recently joined the team.
Ben and Julian coming from different backgrounds, Ben coming from an access control background with over seven years in the industry, while Julian has been working in the Fire and Security sector for a similar amount of time.
Very different backgrounds with different strengths, what is common to both is the importance of building relationships in the long term. It is this approach that KMS liked and the fit with the rest of the team was immediate.
Ben and Julian are both passionate sportsmen, although in very different sports. Ben with his rugby and Julian with his love of all things BMX.
Both Ben and Julian are great additions to the team and KMS now look forward to the contribution they will make to their clients and the support they get.
