Orbit has announced a series of senior appointments within its Property Directorate to support the delivery of its 2030 Strategy and further enhance the quality, safety and long‑term sustainability of its homes.
Jeremy Hill has been appointed Director of Property Transformation, a newly created role that will play a pivotal part in improving both the quality of Orbit’s homes and the efficiency of services delivered to customers. Jeremy brings extensive cross‑sector leadership experience, having held senior positions at Travelodge and Royal Mail, as well as roles within local authorities and the education sector.
Orbit has also confirmed the permanent appointment of Jacqui Campbell as Director of Home Safety and Improvements. Jacqui joined Orbit in an interim capacity and will now continue in the role on a permanent basis.
She previously served as Director of Assets at Livv Housing Group and has held senior positions in the pharmaceutical industry with global organisations Pfizer and AstraZeneca, bringing significant experience of working within highly regulated and complex environments.
Additionally, Chris Clarke has joined Orbit as Head of Property Safety, bolstering the organisation’s expertise in building and fire safety as it continues to invest in its compliance, governance and assurance frameworks.
Scott Rutherford, Chief Property & Regeneration Officer at Orbit said:
“Providing safe, high‑quality homes is fundamental to delivering the customer experience our residents expect and deserve. These appointments bring together exceptional talent from both within and outside the sector, strengthening our ability to innovate, transform and deliver at pace. Jeremy, Jacqui and Christopher will each play a critical role in driving forward our property strategy and ensuring we are in the strongest possible position to deliver on our 2030 commitments.”
