All Colt engineers receive an initial, full training programme from our technical team when they join us at our state-of-the-art, purpose-built training centre. The centre has fully functioning mock-ups of different Colt systems along with other suppliers’ equipment, giving the engineers real life training on every aspect of a smoke control system, variable shaft system and pressurisation system. They also receive training on smoke and fire dampers and smoke and fire curtains.
