Advance Housing and Support has appointed Eden Bailey as its Head of Housing. The appointment comes as Advance continues to focus on delivering high-quality, customer-focused housing and support services for adults with physical and mental disabilities.
Eden brings almost 20 years of experience in the social housing sector, having worked in roles at local authorities, housing associations and specialist supported housing providers. She joins Advance from YMCA Heart of England, where she was Head of Housing and Progression.
In her new role, Eden will oversee Advance’s housing services and help drive key strategic priorities, to ensure new and existing customers continue to receive quality housing provision.
Working with thousands of customers across England, Advance provides specialist housing and personalised support for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and additional support needs. Advance gives its customers the life skills, confidence and opportunity to live the lives they choose.

She is also a strong advocate for supporting people from underrepresented backgrounds to progress careers in the housing sector and has served as a mentor through the Chartered Institute of Housing.
